Link signature key

When enabled, every redirect on this domain appends a signature (si_sig, si_exp, si_alg) computed with HMAC-SHA3-512 over the destination URL, with a 10-minute expiry. Your destination server can use the signing key to verify the request genuinely came from Short.io and has not been tampered with or replayed.
